We use the Track Changes feature and margin notes in Microsoft Word documents. All revisions are easily managed, and are subject to your team’s approval.

Adobe Acrobat PDFs

We compare the final client-approved Microsoft Word copy deck with the PDF layout, prior to checking the following graphic elements:

• typography, such as kerning, widows & orphans, ragging
• clipping of logos or text due to missized text boxes or image boxes
• pagination, table of contents
• consistent style of colour & capitalization in headings
• running headers & footers
